Bobbi Jo Seib

I grew up on the farm where it still resides today in Princeton, IN.  My parents are Roy & Donna Lynch, who taught me so much about living off of the land.  In 2008, along with my husband, Brian, was very proud to establish S & L Farms.  Brian & I have a son, Brody Gene, & a Labrador retriever named Wally.

Brian Seib

I grew up on Evansville’s North side farming with my father, Gene Seib. From the first time I drove a tractor, I knew it was my dream to one day have my own operation. In 2008, I was able to make that dream come true and S & L Farms was established.

Roy Lynch

I grew up in the rural area of Francisco, IN with my parents, Don & Enid Lynch.  I am a 3rd generation farmer.  My grandfather farmed 150 acres, which supported his wife & thirteen children.  At age 10 (1964), I began helping my father on the farm and taking care of his hog operation.  At age 19, I purchased a piece of ground just East of Princeton. It was there, that I began my journey of having a farm operation, hog parlor, & nursery.  I am happy that today, I’m still residing on that piece of ground with my family. Since retirement, I have been enjoying a new adventure of extracting honey from the honey bees. I am married to Donna Lynch & have 2 daughters, Bobbi Jo & Terri Dawn.  I also have two Spaniels named, Tubby & Patches.

Gene Seib

I grew up on Evansville’s north side with my parents, Joe & Margie Seib.  My ancestors came from Germany in the early 1800’s & we have practiced agriculture in every generation since.  I began farming with my father at a very young age.  In 1969, I was able to begin farming on my own.  I worked at Whirlpool for many years & was able to retire in 2009.  I am married to Patricia Seib & have two sons, Curt & Brian.  I still have my own operation, but I also enjoy my extra time by helping my son, Brian, make his dreams come true.

Chris Heilman

I am no stranger to life on the farm. I grew up working with my dad on his farm in Evansville, IN. I was previously employed by Superior Ag before joining S&L Farms in early 2013. A few of my roles on the farm include chemical & fertilizer applications, hauling grain, & operating the grain cart. I am married to Allison Heilman & together we have a daughter named Presley Rose.

Michael Cross

My family and I reside in Francisco, IN.  I began farming with my father-in-law, Roy Lynch, in 1989. In 2008, I became a part of S & L Farms LLC. My main role on the farm is operating the planter & hauling grain. The rest of the year I focus on what needs to be done. I am married to Terri Dawn Cross and have two children & two grandchildren.

We enjoy Scooby snacks, swimming in the pond, & ridding the Ranger’s around the farm, making sure everyone is keeping busy.
